Each piece at Purple Rose Ceramics is lovingly handcrafted in small batches, which means no two are ever exactly alike. Variations in glaze, texture, or form are part of the charm — and a testament to the handmade process. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We take great care in quality checking and securely packaging every order to ensure it reaches you safely. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please reach out in mail within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing videos. We’ll do our best to make it right.
